Seto Japanese Restaurant on Alexandra Road made the announcement on Mar. 5 that they have shut its doors after nearly three decades. The family-owned spot first opened in 1997 and was one of the few authentically Japanese-owned and operated restaurants in Richmond. For many Richmond locals, they likely grew up eating at Seto.
