AFANG SOUP RECIPE Ingredients: Afang (Ukazi) leaves Water leaves Palm oil Goat meat Cow skin (ponmo) Dried catfish Stockfish Panla Scotch bonnet peppers Crayfish powder Periwinkle Salt Seasoning powder 1. In a pot, combine the goat meat, ponmo, and stockfish. Add salt, seasoning powder, blended scotch bonnet peppers, and water. Cover and cook until the meat is halfway tender. 2. Add the dried catfish, panla, crayfish, and a portion of the palm oil. Continue cooking until most of the liquid reduces. 3. Add in the washed water leaves and periwinkle. Add a little more crayfish, cover, and allow to steam for about 2 minutes. 4. Add more palm oil, stir well, and taste for seasoning. Adjust if necessary. 5. Add the pounded or blended Afang (Ukazi) leaves along with a final addition of palm oil and crayfish. Mix thoroughly until well combined. 6. Allow to cook for a few minutes, then take off the heat. Your Afang soup is ready. Serve with any swallow of your choice and enjoy. Note: * You can substitute goat meat with any protein of your choice. * Afang soup requires a good amount of palm oil, which is why it is added in stages. * Pound the Ukazi leaves or blend with a high powered blender for the best texture. #cookwithtemmy #Recipe #afangsoup #viralvideoシ #homemade
