just because you know what day you did it doesn’t mean that’s the day of conception💜 sperm can live up to 5 days so it’s entirely possible the egg wasn’t fertilized for quite some time after the deed

Swimmers can last up to 5 days, if you ovulated on day 5 then it could have been a couple days before conception & implantation. So “10 days behind” could actually be different. Congrats though!! I’m due in Sept!
