if he LOOKS like someone with a warrent. take a picture and compare it with the warrent. cant be easier. but officers cant go by easy if its not about officer safety

He could look like Santa Clause & it wouldn't matter. The cop needs RAS of something such as a traffic violation or crime to demand ID. This guy was a passenger. 4th amendment violation to demand ID minus RAS of a crime.
