now the cops trying to say the guy lied to him which he had no point did and that man is 100% correct they have to have proof and the only proof of any shots fired which is not illegal was him saying he fired them into the ground to make the chickens go. The other guy said he suspects he shot in the air. He didn’t say for fact he shot in the air. So the cops are lying when they said the neighbor said he shot in the air. He factually told them what he did. Bad cops

by giving his id gives them governing rights over aka surrendering his own rights - he did not and expressed he was not surrenering. No big deal county get sued enough someone gets fired because they can't afford the mistakes

The guy is 100% correct. They don’t have a case. This is 100% a civil matter… I’m a former cop. They can investigate a shooting to make sure everyone is okay. As far as the other guy saying this guy shot the gun that is hearsay. Unless a police officer or sheriffs deputy sees and or hears shots fired that is hearsay.

What proof did they have to make the claim he shot in the sir (none) - start there, have proof to investigate. There is no reason to prove a negative in the US. There is no requirement to assist in an investigation and unless there is a state law, there is no reason to ID without a crime.
