I take Vyvanse twice daily and take Reta. No issues so far. I’m on wk 5. In fact now that I think about it I haven’t even taking the afternoon dose.. been skipping that second dose more than taking it 🤔

I know my Tirz does help. I honestly didn’t realize it at first. I went off it for about a year and it really hit me how much it did help.
