picking the screw gun up by the tip is not because its magnetic. its a new tip in a fresh screw. locks in real good until you round it off a few times. Just pick it up by the screw at a slight angle and it wont slide out

yeah good luck finding a drill with that end! Since when do you drills have a chuck end like that! Maybe an impact driver, but even the impact drivers have a different end! notice how fast that part is on the video when they're inserting it!! 😂🤣🤣
