@tatyanalopezz: The truth about this transformation… Is that genetics play a big role. My hair naturally grows long, but this past year it grew a little quicker than usual. Yes my genetics give me the length but being intentional with how I treat my hair matters too. Last year I did a major chop, used less heat, stayed consistent with my vitamins, and protected it at night. I tried scalp oiling and hair masks for half a year and now only once a month but I do enjoy it though so gotta get back into it. #hairgrowth #longhair #haircare
