in my country you get paid the first 30 days and the next 60 days you’re paid 75% and the rest is unpaid (maximum 120 days in a year and if you take more you’re fired)

We don’t get sick days, but we get 10 hours per pay period. So even if I’m sick, I work through it because I work from home saving up those PTO hours.
