@bruin.thedoodle: unless you’ve had a reactive dog, you don’t understand how good it feels to watch him finally be able to regulate his emotions when seeing another dog, even when one comes running over to him. we started the park bench method 3 days ago, and it has truly already changed both of our lives #reactivedog #DogTraining #doodle

That’s amazing! Going through the same with my poodle. He’s almost 2, maybe it’s too late to work on reactivity?😩😩

this is the only thing I need to work on with my almost 2 year-old Aussie doodle. She is so good but she is very reactive if she sees a dog or a squirrel she goes running.

Oh wow!! That’s amazing! I would settle for just taking 1 yo pup for a walk without being highly reactive to other dogs, wildlife or neighbors . I have tried everything from videos and trainers. Show me the ways pleeaassee 🙏🏻

First step is to overcome the fear of being judged by others in public for how my dog reacts, but please remember THEY don’t know you’re actively working WITH your dog and how much time and effort is involved. Consistency matters. They won’t see your dogs progress or yours, but you will. Like the creator of this video, great job and enjoy the rewarding feeling🩷🩷🩷
