For the very best results I’d put 3-4 times as the sweet spot. I noticed how people who have gained muscle the traditional ways try to get you to do way less with the same end result. They always say it works for them but they are just maintaining what's already there. It's not the same when you're starting from zero.

I spend 5 days a week in the gym, each day I spend 2-3 hours, the reason is I am at peace in the gym. it's my meditation temple. I forget about all the worries in my life, the rent,work,life stresses, nothing matters when I am in the gym.

2 full body sessions with good intensity, 1 run a week and 15k steps a day, from someone who used to train 6 days a week and ive not lost any muscle, lifts have gone up. Makes life so much easier!
