Fourth breastfed baby is honestly impressive 😅 by that point you probably really have tried every position that exists. I remember during the breastfeeding stage I was constantly hungry but also weirdly bloated and exhausted most days. I thought that was just normal postpartum life. Nothing I tried really helped and I felt stuck for a while. Then in a women’s forum someone mentioned Eat Like A Woman Protocol (by Loren Green). I tried it and things shifted—29 lbs gone, digestion calm and my energy finally steadier. Feels like hidden info nobody talks about.

I once had a mom come into the museum I was working at and casually started nursing her baby while walking UP AND DOWN THREE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS! I have never been more impressed by anyone in my life. and I told her so. I'm impressed by you all.

Girl yes! This is the type of stuff we need to share with each other!! I’ve nursed 4 babies and I’ve always nursed basically doing everything else that Needs to be done at the same time lol this is the advice the people need!
