Lazy Pots just had a price drop on Amazon, check it out! 🙌 Ingredients: * Ground beef * Ground Sausage * Velveeta mexican cheese * Rotel canned tomato’s * Cream cheese * Doritos * Corn tortillas * Heavy cream * Vegetable oil * Ranch seasoning packet * parsley * Jalapeño * Salt & pepper Instructions: 1. Brown ground beef and ground sausage with salt, pepper, onion/garlic powder until fully cooked. 2. Cut corn tortillas into triangles and fry them in vegetable oil until golden and crispy. 3. Toss the hot tortilla chips with the ranch seasoning packet. 4. Add cooked meat into a pot along with Rotel canned tomatoes, Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, and a splash of heavy cream. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth. 5. Simmer and stir until the dip becomes thick, creamy, and fully combined. 6. Pour the Rotel dip into a serving dish and garnish with sliced jalapeño and chopped parsley. 7.
