I change my bag as soon as starts fill i found its so important to apply barrier ring securely, i mastered this by putting finger pressing outside edge of barrier ring and the inner circle where hole is on preparing yhis makes all difference x

My husband uses convatec esteem synergy bags/flanges and has used them since having his illeostomy. This one was the best, gets his bags etc from Medilink. Just sent for a sample black bags
