In Texas they park both sides and in a cul-de-sac you can normally talk to your neighbors.

Unacceptable! I moved to a new home construction site. At the beginning we had a problem with this happening in our cul de sac. We even had neighbors using our cul de sacs to park their boats. Our HOA addressed it immediately! Guess what? They sold! Bye! We don’t mind if they park in front of our property. Sometimes my neighbor gives me a heads up when I’m away and ask if she can have her guest park in my driveway. Neighbors respecting neighbors… period.

This is why I moved from my first home. They parked on my grass nearly right in front of my front door. I said something and even offered my driveway as a solution and I was the problem. I knew then I had outgrown the neighborhood.
