Dry Rub 1. 1/4 cup brown sugar 2. 2 tsp salt 3. 2 tsp pepper 4. 2 tsp smoke paprika 5. 2 tsp garlic powder 6. 1 tsp onion powder 7. 1 tsp chili powder 3. 2 Tbs - Brown Sugar 4. Drizzle of Mustard 5. Drizzle of Honey 6. BBQ Sauce of Choice 🍳 Preparation 1. Remove the membrane on the back of the ribs (bone side) 2. Drizzle mustard and brush on both sides of the ribs 3. Coat with dry rub on both sides. 4. Wrap in tin foil 5. Bake at 350f for 2 hours 6. Unwrap ribs then baste with bbq sauce of your choice. 7. Bake uncovered at 400f for another 10-15 minutes to thicken the sauce 8. Let rest for 10 minutes then enjoy.
