First, I added 150 g of raspberries to a bowl and gently mashed them. 2. Then I added 100 g of Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon of honey. 3. I added 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and mixed everything well. 4. I placed the bowl in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow the chia seeds to swell. 5.
