@seattlehanddoc: When you can’t decide between a sandwich or nachos… make GRINDER NACHOS… I don’t know who invented them, but they’re fantastic! While I melted mozzarella & cheddar cheese over tortilla chips, I tossed together some shredded lettuce, thinly sliced red, onions, mayonnaise, a little olive oil & red wine vinegar, salt & pepper, banana peppers, and oregano (all to your taste preference!) once the cheese is bubbling and toasted, dump your salad, slaw on top… then add whatever else you want (I added thinly sliced turkey and salami, some chopped tomatoes, and a little Parm!
