Lexapro helped me because I really did need it …. my anxiety was so bad. It also made me numb, but I preferred that. I only took it for like 6 months and after that I stopped and was able to regulate my emotions better on my own.

I’ve been on it for a month and within the next few days all my neck pains went away and shoulder pains. After that I don’t feel like I was on fight or flight. The overthinking stopped the reactiveness stopped and if something happened that would normally irritate me I would still get a little annoyed but I would move on and not complain about it all day.

You need to give it a few weeks for it to work , you might feel down and bit anxious at first but hang on , once it kicks in , you re gonna be so good !
