Regarding your comments about tanning in your last video — I’m 41 and honestly trying to undo all the sun worshipping I did in my 20s and 30s. At this point I’m way more focused on protecting my skin. That’s why I sometimes wonder about things like laser, microneedling, Botox, etc., if someone is still tanning a lot. Sun exposure is such a big factor in wrinkles and skin aging (and skin cancer risk too), so it feels a bit counterproductive. I don’t tan anymore and usually try to sit in the shade whenever I can. It’s probably easier for me though since I live in Canada — I imagine that’s a lot harder in Arizona!
