@tykapryde: I refuse to close this window… even though my shower is right in front of it. Which creates a very real design problem in my new loft. Because this is the only closet in the entire space… and it’s basically the size of a broom closet. So instead of covering the window, I installed a ceiling-mounted curtain track with wall-to-wall curtains that give me privacy after the shower and secretly create a giant curtain closet for extra storage. It’s unconventional, but I’m honestly obsessed. It might be my favorite weird little moment in the loft right now. Right outside of the curtain closet is a cozy TV room. This sofa is from my spring furniture collection and it’s insanely deep and comfortable but still sculptural enough to feel like a real design piece. It won’t actually live here permanently though… because I designed something custom for this space.
