i can't I feel like the embodiment of shame itself sometimes it's like an emotion I've always felt even as a child. 'nobody is perfect' and yet everything I do is imperfect and flawed. it truly is my fault that I'm not enough no matter what I do. I can't just do gratitude because the need to apologise, the need to elaborate and plead for understanding overwhelms me at every turn. I'm sorry.
