@sicksadgirly: I am so incredibly proud and thankful! He faced his worst fear to help me today. I don’t even know how he knew that was the only way I could safely get out of the building. He continually amazes me😭🙏 EDIT: a lot of people are saying my heart rate is not high. I have POTS. This condition is based on how much the heart rate increases between sitting and standing in a short period of time. My resting heart rate is 50-60 bpm, therefore 131 bpm is high for ME. The definition of POTS is an increase of 30 bpm or more, not the specific number. We are all different.
