I have been saying this since the incident occurred. Many people do not fully understand what is happening or how the court may view the situation. When I mentioned that the act could potentially be interpreted as premeditated, I received a lot of criticism. However, from a legal perspective, the fact that the individuals had visited her prior to the incident could be examined by the court. It may raise the question of whether there was prior intent or preparation if it were argued that she anticipated their return and responded in that manner. That does not mean anyone is suggesting that she should have simply stood by and allowed herself to be stabbed. The law does recognize the right to self-defense. However, the court will carefully evaluate all the circumstances, evidence, and facts surrounding the incident before determining whether the actions were legally justified.

I don’t think her defense team are pushing for provocation they are pushing for blatant self defense I think it’s the media talking about provocation but if a group came to attack you just wildly throwing the gas then lighting it I think can be a act of self defense

she didn't set anyone on fire...the lady had the acid on her person that's why when the victim sprayed her with the gas ,the acid reaction with the acid cause the fire..because how can someone throw a lighter and that lighter kept light to start a fire?..remember your finger has to be on the lighter to keep that fire going..and if she did strike the lighter she too would also caught fire.
