Just FYI the 20%talent fee is taken from the base rate. The 20% agency fee is added on top of the base rate. It legally has to state on your contracts/invoices that the agency fee is an additional 20%. If you see that you agency has taken 40% from the base rate. You are well within your right to sue… but if it’s PLUS 20% agency fee the agency is allowed to do that. The fees are separate. One relationship with the talent, another relationship from the brand
