Lifelong tubes getter. Had them every 2 years from age 2 to 16. Had my last set at age 36. 😳 I felt SOOOOO much better after getting them every time. My eustachian tube is not shaped correctly so fluid gets stuck. The tubes allowed it to drain and it relieved so much pressure. She’ll probably take a good long nap when you get home and then she’ll be fine.

My son had tubes and his speech did a 180. He was in speech for about a year and after 3 months of tubes he graduated speech and is now a talkative little boy with a WIDE range of vocabulary

fellow tubes mom. the procedure took no more than 5-7 minutes. hardest part was before and watching my son come out from being put under. he cried all the way home from being groggy but was back to his normal self an hour or 2 later.

I get a similar back issue but lower. Chiropractor has me alternate heat and ice and lay on the bed and roll around on a golf ball. Sounds weird but works. It relaxes the muscles. Good luck! 🤞🏼

My son has also had 2 rounds of tubes and both times were fine! Definitely plan on a snuggle day and nighttime was the hardest cuz I think him laying down he had some fluid come out and the sensation really bothered him.

I used to be a nurse in tube procedures! It takes longer to get the kid situated than the actual procedure takes! My son also had to get them and it was life changing! We are actually getting his removed in May and I’m so sad because I’m afraid the infections will come back 😭

Ear tubes are a total game changer! My son came back from recovery smiling because he had been living with so much ear pressure and it was finally gone! My daughter is about to get her second set 🫠 day of you’d think they should be more out of it but it’s like nothing happened 😂

I had the same issue with my back. I pulled my core and unfortunately stretching was horrible but helped. Also they told me not to sit too much and move around which with a toddler that will happen. I could have sworn it was my back, but it was my core. Hope it feels better. I did have a light muscle relaxer to help too
