@rphreviews: Replying to @Sweethart There are really three ingredients that can help lower cortisol. First off is magnesium (liposomal is better) . Secondly Ashwaghanda. And third is L theanine. The one with all three is @RootLabs BioMagnesium gummies. Take two gummies at bedtime! Just a quick disclaimer: While I’m a licensed pharmacist, the advice I share here is for general educational purposes only. Always check in with your own doctor or healthcare provider for personal medical advice. #cortisol #cortisollevels #magnesium #ashwagandha #ltheanine
As a pharmacist it would be nice if you could mention who shouldn’t use these supplements as ashwaganda shouldn’t be used by people that take thyroid medication.

a state known as hypocortisolism or HPA axis dysfunction. Long term stress causes low cortisol not high cortisol. The Transition: High cortisol typically precedes low cortisol; the body moves from overproduction to underproduction due to prolonged, unrelenting stress.
Causes & Conditions: Low cortisol is often found in cases of burnout, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and PTSD.
Symptoms: Common indicators include extreme fatigue, waking up tired, dizziness upon standing, salt/sugar cravings.
