I take 200mg Gabapentin at night and so far definitely helps

My GP recently recommended getting my protein levels checked. She thinks my migraines might be caused be a specific protein deficiency. Most of my migraines start around the back of my head because of an old neck injury, but I also get ice pick migraines, amongst other types, so maybe see what your doctor has to say about that?

They are so painful and debilitating girl. I’m actually on a migraine medicine for them and that’s the only thing that works. Also, an ice pack really helps when you’re having them! I have the comfort cube ice pack from amazon that goes around the head…. get you one!!
