I think she confused cuz her claims overall is the reason why her policy got canceled. And in her mind speaking to the claims department makes the most sense about the policy being canceled. I’m not sure why cuz like you said there’s someone to call regarding this other than the claims department.

i really didn't know people moved around that much with carriers. i've been with one company for 17 years this june. i've checked around and got quotes from others but no one ever compares apples to apples.

That’s wild they thought you could change it. As an underwriter, if it’s being non-renewed for claims, the agent calling isn’t going to do them any good either. The decision has been made. 🤷🏼♀️sorry about their luck.

wait am i missing something😅 i've been with my carrier for 16 years and every time i've shopped elsewhere nobody can match the price for my coverages. esurance told me straight up to never leave if those were my rates! would love to see the guesses of who i insure with because i'm pretty sure the company is hated😅

I have only changed carriers one time. Farmers screwed me over when I was 19, so I switched and have stuck with my company since then. I don’t want to go through setting up a new policy every few years!
