Golf pro here: your trail hand grip is too far under. If you watch where it is at address and where it is at impact, you’ll see that at impact much more of your hand is visible. You should grip the putter in the way that your arm/hand wants to be at impact. Try getting your trail hand slightly more on top with your trail arm rotated in slightly
