guys btw I did some research on this and active bacterial culture, specifically yogurt, but make sure its active, helps take microplastics out your system, I advise everyone to put Greek yogurt and no added sugar yogurt to their diets.

Avoid eating food from plastic containers if they were heated, and avoid drinking from plastic water bottles if they were heated or left in the sun, because heat can make chemicals and microplastics leach into the food or water.
