@fdesorte: Let’s fix that 👇🏼 You guys know I love unilateral movements, especially for lat pulldowns Unilateral -> fixes imbalances + allows for better mind muscle connection 🧠 What helped me feel it in my lats + has me sore for days after -> Sit up straighter instead of leaning back Neutral grip, pull it straight down - think chuga chuga choo choo 🚂 Drive that elbow as far back as you can & squeeeeeeze to engage the lat When bringing your arm back up for the next rep, don’t bring your arm so far up that you let your scapula relax up & have to completely reengage on the next pull down.
