Also, even if they believe a crime might have occurred, they first have to figure out what crime might have occurred. You can easily say and look at anybody that they might have committed a crime. You just can't be fishing around for a specific crime. You need to know what might have occurred. And discharging your firearm on your own.Private property is not a crime.Even if you shoot it in the air, it's still not a crime
