Beck's my husband done that with his Alzheimer's he would be fine one moment maybe one day and then the next day he would just stutter and stutter and try and tried to get a word out and it just doesn't happen so don't beat yourself up it is the decision you're talking now you're laughing and that's all that matters that you've got your voice today😊

I’m so sorry you are going through this. I don’t know if this is helpful or not… but that sounds more like a panic attack rather then Sun downing and perimenopause symptoms. Which can happen after being so over stimulated and overwhelmed by your surroundings.

idk how important trips to mom's are, but maybe she could give you her room while you visit? I know no one wants to put their mom out, but if you need to get some more time in with her while you can it may be a way to make a visit possible? idk, I'm sending you love
