It’s so stupid when it comes out too. My bf sent me flowers because I had emergency surgery two weeks ago, and she immediately went to the store two hours later to buy herself flowers, raved about them for almost two days, and constantly asked me specifically if her flowers were beautiful. Said that we should buy her flowers for no reason more often since she’s our mother (to me and my brother). 🤦♀️
