I am at JBC Rice noodles and Ramen in Gates to check out some of the dishes from their menu. I’m trying their toasted noodles with beef shank, and their Takatsu Ramen bowl It’s been a while since I’ve dove into bowls of Ramen and noodles. So I absolutely loved everything I had at JBC. The beef shank was incredibly tender with great flavor of garlic and ginger. The Takasu ramen was probably my favorite. The broth is just so rich and creamy with the amount of time and effort that they put into making the pork bone broth. Definitely recommend you checking them out. They have two locations in Rochester and one in Buffalo with Moore on the way.
