@andrewloves_: There’s a burger bar in Greenville, SC that bakes their own buns, every single morning, and grinds over 100 pounds of meat to make their signature 1/2 pound patties. It’s called Windy City Burgers and everything there is scratch made. They have 10 or so options, ranging from a simple cheeseburger to some wild combinations. My favorite was their Pullman Popper, topped with bacon, cheddar, fig jam, jalapeño cream cheese, and potato chips. The sweet and spicy combo with the crunch of the chips is delicious. But their Hudson Burger was also great! Topped with bacon, cheddar, pickles, onion straws, and BBQ Sauce, it’s a massive burger. All the patties are a blend of pork and beef though, so if you don’t eat those - I absolutely recommend substituting the burger for fried chicken. It’s super crispy but also insanely juicy. Even the fries are perfectly done!
