For cookies, I have a base dough recipe I use for all my cookies. Then the mix ins or flavorings switch it up. It’s delicious, balanced, and turns out perfect every time. Base Dough Recipe Wet: 1 c browned butter 1 c brown sugar 1/2 c white sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract (or other flavors here) 2-3 tbsp extra liquid of choice (milk, juice, water, coffee, etc) Dry 3 c Italian 00 or all purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda Add mix ins or other flavorings That’s it! You can customize so many ways but if you get the base part down you can multiply out as much as you want to and the sky’s the limit with flavors.
