For anyone wondering there was a man on the plane who said he had a bomb. The swat team came in with guns to arrest him. The reason they chant like that is because they need to ensure no one starts looking around. The situation is severe and they need the immediate cooperation of everyone on the plane to ensure the safety of the passengers. If the swat team have to discharge their weapons for any reason, you don’t want your head up.
