Some people are just so miserable with their own lives that they gotta drag other people down with them. Or they think being disrespectful is cool, some people just love drama, and starting shit for some deranged reason. Point is, they're immature, you're not. 21 year old woman working her ass off since she was 15 to pay bills because you need to survive cuz you don't live with your parents, you don't have the luxury of quitting a job and being able to still have a roof over your head, if you quit, your whole life falls apart. Best thing you can do, is keep rooting for them, keep laser beaming them with kindness and respect. I know you're a good person, everyone gets tired at some point, keep being as strong as you were for those 4 years and make this the 5th. 4 years going on, the problem is with them, not you twin. Keep being the bigger person, the karmic cycle is a real thing and you're doing the humane, respectful, and good thing 🫂 I call that the twin hug emoji, you got this, bladerunner believes in you, I'm still 1 inch tall but I believe in you, Lol. You should follow up with your general manager with this, come to them when these things happen to you/you hear about them. See if the person who you’re hearing these things from will agree with you that you’re being harassed at work. Ask your general manager if they’ll help you talk to this person to try and fix the issue. If it doesn’t improve then harassment is 100% grounds for termination at any job I’ve ever worked :p

to be real, from someone who has been management of some kind since i was 17, you have grounds to fire that employee on insubordination, creating an emotionally hostile environment and lack of cohesion for the work environment. they may finish work tasks but gossiping (particularly regarding lies about a member of management), bringing you to tears as a result of their behavior, and the general lack of adult behavior are all grounds for disciplinary action alone let alone all together
