Leave the wall, paint it and put the arcade where the booths are. Leave a couple booths for people or kids to sit at. Put a soda and vending machine with the arcade stuff

Big space that could be an arcade could also be escape rooms if it’s big enough and if that center gets busy low overhead just need staff once they are opened and things breaking in them is definitely way lower than an arcade machine.

So, that dining room would be prime space for street food, a couple different vendors offering different stuff, the cupboard/area with junk could be a pro shop if you don’t have one already as you already have an arcade space and please. Fix the lighting in the centre it’s harsh as hell

Don't be so quick to get rid of those lockers. The previous owner probably had enough demand and a good reason, like leagues, for installing them. That bent wall is helping with noise reduction and it probably is load bearing.

As someone who has bowled in many alleys now, your normal league and tournament bowler isn’t gunna care about all the flash. Just give us a comfy area for in between shots, enough room for our equipment. And maintain the lanes and approach. Oh and cold beer. The rest is all just plus in your pocket.
