No, you didn’t waste $5000. You wasted far more than that. It cost you $5000 plus a $300+ a year SUBSCRIPTION(just watch it go higher than that year after year) plus at least $100 a month in electricity bill. that’s not covering the cost if it breaks down plus the time it’ll take you to clean this thing, if ever you don’t wanna have mold in it. You could’ve just bought a $15,000 absolutely top-of-the-line mattress instead of this gimmick.

I still can't understand why they insist on using water instead of a normal coolant like propylene glycol. I'm sure that in a few years the water-based system will become contaminated or simply break down, especially since they're using regular water, which is sure to have something growing in it.
