Shrinkflation has hit feminine hygiene products in a very odd way. There’s less absorbency in individual items instead of decreasing the amount of products per box. Absorbency needs to stay the same! Not decreased!

My local coffee shop I get bags of coffee , summer time they were coming in 18 oz bags plastic thick bags that kept the coffee fresh, all of a sudden, within months it changed to 12 ounce paper bags for the same coffee, and they charge the same exact price. 22$ bucks a bag. Switched from 18 oz to 12 oz within months and didn’t say a word, I guess we have to accept it is what goes on around here. I’m paying double for fucking coffee.

The shrink inflation that has caused me not to ever buy Charmin toilet paper ever again was when they made the squares smaller. Years ago I bought my regular Charmin toilet paper and something just didn’t seem right. I had an old Charmin roll still left. I compared in this square. We’re sure it wasn’t less squares in the packaging. It was a size of the squares that shrunk and that is something when it comes to toilet paper, I will not tolerate and I was a ride or die Sherman fan and I will never buy Charmin again because of it.
