My husband asked me to make him an appointment with an ENT, he said he could not hear out of his of ear . I told to let me look in it to see Iif I could see anything . In started to clean it out with a Q tip and some wax was in his ear (3) big balls of wax. He jumped up and started screaming he could hear. Yes that wax can build up fast .
