I am currently building using the same exact plan. 1. I also had an issue with the laundry room so I made it bigger (2M wide) and opened the door is next to the kitchen door. So, it has 2 doors 2. I moved bedroom 3 and 4 back so the bath room is next to b/room 3. The issue was the space with me. Bedroom 4 windows was extremely close to the borderline wall. Its still on foundation level and have spent about R42K thus far.

the picture above does not look like the plan, look at the roof for the master bedroom and compare to the plan. the plan has a no fire place and the house has one

Lighting is bad at the kitchen, i would turn a Pantry into a sculary, open door to the new scalary and close the kitchen door make a bigger window.. The laundry will have to fall off..

"I" would close the laundry door and swap it for pantry, move the laundry to the pantry, pantry windows be a door instead of windows..the rest "I" think its perfect.
