I feel sad all the time and it may sound mad, but I keep thinking back to my younger self and feeling heartbroken that the experiences I had, I will never have again, its like combination of loss and homesickness 😢 I can’t sleep and just feel drained all of the time.

Ladiessssss. Yes it’s awful. But we are blessed to be entering a new phase. The rage the loss the weight gain the sore hips the leaks the heavy flows the RAGE the no flows . It’s ok. Take the HRT . Don’t take the HRT. Buy a new wardrobe treat yourself be kind to yourself and mourn the part of you that is leaving. A new version of you is coming, knowledge and wisdom and ready and capable to deal with anything. 💕

The weight gain came out of no where. Difficulty sleeping is even worse i am trying every supliments, but nothing works.😭😭😭😭, The excessive itching under my shoulder blade is driving me crazy. I just ordered a back scratcher from Amazon. I am going crazy!!!

It's the weight gain for me, I've put on 4 stone. I don't like myself anymore. I never get a full night's sleep, always feel drained. HRT has helped a lot though. Oh & I had DEXA scan in January, found out I've osteopenia, wonderful 🙄
