@missourigownpreservation: Remember the dirty beach dress? The one covered in sand, dirt, and spilled drinks from a night well spent on the dance floor? Here she is. ✨ Bright white and clean again. This gown was layered with beach sand, body oils, and drink residue that had settled deep into the fibers. It took patience, multiple rounds of specialty cleaning, and careful attention to protect the integrity of the fabric while lifting everything out. If you look VERY closely in just the right light, you may see the faintest whisper of pink in a few of the most stubborn areas. When stains are deeply embedded, perfection isn’t always realistic — but preservation done well absolutely is. After final cleaning and photos, we gave her one last fresh press, carefully folded and layered her with archival tissue, and preserved her in our muslin-lined, cardboard-free preservation box with an embroidered lapel. ✨ So… when are you bringing in YOUR dress? #WeddingDressCleaning #BeachWedding #WeddingDressPreservation #2026bride #stlouisbride
