The secret is to use thick plywood. This particle board stuff sucks. One spilled soda and it rots and disintegrates.

the foam insulation needs to in the crawl space to lock out the moisture from getting into the original boards. have houses 5 years old with their entire subfloor rotted out. lvp floor was on top and it trapped in the moisture. Also advantech makes a subfloor glue versus using great stuff
