As a resident of Florida the passenger does not have to show ID when the driver is getting pulled over. In this video the cop just wanted the passenger out to arrest him for knowing his rights.

so it went from we don't like writing tickets and it's a corrective thing to pulling them out to do a drug sniff and putting him in handcuffs because he knew his rights and wanted their names and badge numbers to file a complaint so they said fuck it if he's going to file a complaint anyways let's just double down and make the complaint that much more valid because unless he's arrested they had no right to handcuff him unless they thought he was concealing a weapon which if they did they wouldn't have let him reach in his pockets earlier so they can't even try that 😑😑 FTP they're frauds and need to be dealt with
