I’m so amazed with the diversity of amputees and their prosthetic needs. My husband is an above the knee amputee, amputee since 16 and he’s now 61. He doesn’t use the liner sock. He uses suction with a cloth sock to “pull” his bare stump into the socket of his prosthetic. And he wears it all day, adjusting the “fit” by releasing or adding air to socket as his leg swells or constricts throughout the day.
